Specialist assistance from a provider of technical consultants in the Netherlands for the Agency’s new offices in Amsterdam Zuidas. This will include the following consultancy and advisory services: property development progress including review and evaluation of technical drawings/specifications, development of internal operating procedures, post project/after care management, Dutch fire, H&S legislation and management; monitoring of building programme of requirements; financial management of property development; building systems, installations and infrastructure; building management and maintenance, facility services, and other ad hoc advice and guidance and related ancillary services. Interior design, office lay-out and move management are excluded.
