It is planned to divide the purchase of services into two parts:
Part 1 of the purchase object – services for the performance of the forest science work "Preparation of a feasibility study on the arrangement of damaged peat bogs in the forests";
Part 2 of the object of purchase is the services of conducting a forest science work "The study of the origin and genetic diversity of the plateau maple (Acer pseudoplatanus L.) that spreads naturally in the forests of Lithuania and the application of selection measures".
Services of conducting a forest science work "Preparation of a feasibility study on the arrangement of damaged peat bogs in forests"Purpose of part 1 of the purchase object: preparation of a feasibility study on the arrangement of damaged peatlands in forests. The deadline for the performance of services is no later than 12 months. from the date of conclusion of the contract. There is no provision for an extension of the deadline for the performance of services.
Services of the forest science work "Examination of the origin and genetic diversity of the self-spreading platanalapis maple (acer pseudoplatanus) in the forests of Lithuania and the application of selection measures"The objectives of the 2nd part of the object of purchase are:
1. To determine the origin, genetic-breeding value and suitability of mature platanalapis maples growing in Lithuanian stands and suitability for use in the country's seed forest base and selection.
2. To assess the sets of platanalapis maple clones and pilot plantations established in the country in terms of resistance to environmental conditions, suitability for distribution in the territory of the country and selection of these tree species.
3. To select in the stands of the country the seed springs of platanalapis maple and selected trees for the seed base and prepare propagating material for the creation of a selective seed base.
4. To prepare recommendations for the selection of platanalapis maple.
