The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste mixed and collected selectively from the owners of inhabited real estate and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point from the Czermin Commune in the period from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023. The Contractor is obliged to equip residential properties with bags for separately collected waste and with containers for mixed waste.

The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste mixed and collected selectively from the owners of inhabited real estate and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point from the Czermin Commune in the period from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023. The Contractor is obliged to equip residential properties with bags for separately collected waste and with containers for mixed waste. 2. The approximate amount of municipal waste that the Ordering Party provides for collection from the owners of inhabited properties and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point during the order implementation period will amount to approx. 1199,500 Mg. 3. The detailed scope and method of performance of the subject of the contract is specified (Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ) – Detailed description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) and the Draft Contract constituting (Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ).
