The Council have a requirement for the supply and distribution of a range of various Foods suitable for use in mainly Care Establishments and Schools. Distribution will be required to approximately 110 sites situated throughout the whole of Cumbria.

This contract will be tendered in 5 lots. Companies will be able to tender for one, more than one, or all Lots.

The lots will be evaluated individually and each lot will be awarded to one supplier who will supply and distribute countywide.

The contract will be for a period of 4 years.

Cumbria County Council has a requirement for the Supply and Distribution of Fresh Fruit & Vegetables suitable for use mainly in Care and Educational Establishments. The lot will be awarded to one supplier who will supply and distribute countywide.

Cumbria County Council has a requirement for the Supply and Distribution of a range of Frozen Foods suitable for use mainly in Care and Educational Establishments. The lot will be awarded to one supplier who will supply and distribute countywide.

Cumbria County Council has a requirement for the Supply and Distribution of a range of Groceries and Provisions including Soft Drinks, Fresh Bread & Morning Goods and Fresh Sandwich Fillings suitable for use mainly in Care and Educational Establishments. The lot will be awarded to one supplier who will supply and distribute countywide.

Cumbria County Council has a requirement for the Supply and Distribution of Fresh Pasteurised Liquid Milk for both drinking and/or catering use. The range covers whole, semi-skimmed and skimmed milk. The lot will be awarded to one supplier who will supply and distribute countywide.
