I/S Reno-Nords Energy Plants produce environmentally sound district heating and electricity of the energy of the waste they receive and sort for energy production. With a desire to increase overall district heating production from the Energy Plant, I/S Reno-Nord has decided to utilize an even greater share of waste heat in the flue gas using a heat pump plant.
The task includes procurement, delivery, assembly incl. startup, testing and launching a complete heat pump plant. The heat pump heat source is based on the watercircuit of the flue gas condensation plant and must supply heat for district heating.

The purchase includes a heat pumping plant, including delivery, assembly incl. start-up and the operation of the complete heat pump plant. The heat pump heat source is based on the watercircuit of the flue gas condensation plant and must supply heat for district heating.
The heat pump is based on the R717.
The work includes overall fg. works:
- Establishment of 1 paragraph 1-stage heat pump plant.
- Middle circle on the cold side of heat pump, incl. pipe to exchanger in the cooling circle of flue gas. Including pipe plants for fledgling for intermediate.
- Establishment of pipe plants for district heating.
- Projecting, supplying and installation of district heat pump and intermediate range pump and associated frequency converters
- Establishment of ventilation for engine rooms incl. control
- blowout pipes for safety valves.
- Gas alarm facilities and all necessary safety functions including emergency stops, etc.
- Delivery of personal safety equipment.
- Complete heat pump control
- Complete instrumentation iht. The PI diagrams “A133098-016-213 4NDD/Q571 PI Chart District Heating for VP" and “A133098-016-214 4NDD/Q572 PI Chart Intermediate Circle”
- the design, supply and installation of complete power installations for var-mepump, district heat pump, intermediate circuit pump and setup and in-stallation of associated frequency converters. Including also the establishment of pre-ring roads, potential offsetting, etc.
- The design, supply and installation of signal cables from instruments to new subdistributors of heat pump, gas alarm systems, ventilation, etc., for sig-nal capture to the SRO facility.
- Projecting, delivering, installing and setting up a new sub-distributor board
- The design, supply and installation of 230V AC UPS supply for flow meter-re, energy meter and new subdistributor board, as well as Profibus DP between new subdistributor board and existing sub-distributor board 4CQC002 in Kote 14.
- Signal exchange between the steering board of the heat pump, gas alarm systems, venti-lation, etc., and SRO installations.
- Start-up, performance testing and opening of the finished plant.
- 3rd party control.
- Documentation, operating guidance, training of operating personnel.
