In this two-year contract, the contractor is developing training content for teaching staff on digitization in nursing. This also includes the expansion of media literacy among school and company training personnel for the use of digital media. This will be tested as part of a pilot training course.
This requires the systematic analysis and description of existing offers as well as the identification of unmet needs and forward-looking offers. The contractor develops evidence-based training content for teaching staff on digitization. In addition to questions about the appropriate equipment of hardware and software, this also includes pedagogical-didactic concepts that take into account "anthropological, psychological, ethical and, last but not least, legal aspects. This also includes aspects of human dignity and autonomy and at the same time the duty of care and consideration of the individual needs of those to be cared for" (MARCHWACKA/SCHLEINSCHOK 2021, p. 24). The training must be evaluated within the framework of at least one pilot training course. Digital media pedagogical and didactic competences are to be developed among school and company training staff in order to a) design digitally supported teaching, b) to impart digital skills as part of professional competence to prospective nurses and c) to develop skills for the design of participatory school development in the sense of a pedagogically framed use of digital potential.
