The acquisition is subject to the provision of MFPs as a total service to subscribers under the terms specified in this RFQ and its Annexes.

Multifunction device service subject to a framework arrangement means a total service; a network MFP provided for use by a subscriber with its associated peripherals, software and management, monitoring, maintenance and repair services. The service must include, for example, copy, print and scan of documents, as well as remote management of devices, user support, dyes, parts and accessories, excluding copy paper.

A procurement model is a single-vendor framework arrangement in which subscribers place orders directly from a selected vendor. Subscriber needs vary by unit, which is why the RFQ offers comparisons of different device options representing the most used models. The subscriber orders the device model best suited to their needs from the selected contract vendor.
