1. The subject of the contract is the provision of intermediary services in the field of booking and purchasing hotel services in Poland and abroad for the needs of organizational units of the Senate Chancellery, including:

1.1. accommodation of senators, employees of the contracting authority or persons indicated by the contracting authority, who are not employees of the contracting authority, as part of domestic and foreign business trips, excluding delegations at the level of the Marshal of the Senate;

1.2. accommodation of domestic and foreign guests of the contracting authority in the country, excluding visits of foreign delegations at the level of speakers of parliaments or other persons under the protection of the State Protection Service;

1.3. accommodation of other persons indicated by the Ordering Party in the country and abroad.

2. The Contractor is obliged to execute reservation orders in at least two hotel reservation systems (GDS), such as: Amadeus, Galileo, Worldspan or Sabre.

3. A detailed description of the order shall include the SWZ with attachments.

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of intermediary services in the field of booking and purchase of hotel services in Poland and abroad for the needs of organizational units of the Senate Chancellery. By "reservation" the customer means the stay of one or more persons, for one or more nights, in one hotel, according to the order placed. Depending on the needs of the customer, the number of nights may vary for individual persons accommodated within one reservation.

2. The service includes:

2.1. accommodation of senators, employees of the contracting authority or persons indicated by the contracting authority who are not employees of the contracting authority as part of domestic and foreign business trips, with the exception of delegations at the level of the Marshal of the Senate,

2.2. accommodation of domestic and foreign guests of the contracting authority in the country, excluding visits of foreign delegations at the level of speakers of parliaments or other persons under the protection of the State Protection Service,

2.3. accommodation of other persons indicated by the contracting party in the territory of the country and abroad.

3. As part of the provision of services, the contractor is obliged in particular to:

3.1. search for accommodation and booking and purchasing them with breakfast and ordering other additional services in hotels around the country and abroad,

3.2. delivering, by electronic means, to the address indicated by the ordering party, hotel booking confirmations,

3.3. provide a guarantee of payment (e.g. by credit card) for accommodation and services booked in domestic and foreign hotels,

3.4. ensure payment due to hotels for the services booked, together with any additional charges such as deposits, security taxes, tourist taxes, parking fees and city tax,

3.5. representing the contracting authority in matters of appeals and complaints arising from the booking and purchase of hotel services made through the contractor.

4. The services carried out by the contractor include the following categories:

4.1. reservations of hotel services in the country:

4.1.1. made by the contractor, burdening the contracting authority in full,

4.1.2. made by the Contractor, partly charged to the Ordering Party, and in part covered directly by the guests of the Ordering Party staying in the hotel,

4.1.3. made by the Contractor, fully covered directly by the guests of the Ordering Party staying in the hotel,

4.2. reservations of hotel services abroad:

4.2.1. made by the contractor, burdening the contracting authority in full,

4.2.2. carried out in objects indicated by the host or organiser of events involving persons delegated by the contracting authority on a business trip (hereinafter 'host or organizer'), confirmed by the contractor, in part incriminating the contracting authority, and in part of the host or the organizer,

4.2.3. made by the host or organizer, guaranteed and paid by the contractor, fully charged to the contracting authority.
