The primary purpose of the tender procedure is to contract a professional cleaning service provider.

SCOL has the following sub-goals:

- it wants to be relieved by the contractor in the field of cleaning services. Visser 't Hooft outsources these services and expects the contractor to have expertise in its field. A proactive attitude is therefore a starting point,

- it requests a cleaning quality based on AQL level 7/7/4. This quality level must therefore be achieved at least (daily),

- it wishes to enter into a result-oriented contract, whereby the contractor applies its expertise in daily and periodic cleaning activities.

This concerns the regular and periodic cleaning maintenance of three locations.
