1.The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of fuel: a) to the petrol station located at Armii Krajowej Street, 22-100 Chełm, b) to an above-ground tank with a capacity of 5000L located at the Municipal Waste Processing Plant (hereinafter ZPOK), Srebrzyszcze, Dorohuska 70, 22-100 Chełm. 2.The total (maximum) quantity of the subject of the contract is: • diesel fuel in the maximum amount of 1 200 000 liters, • unleaded ethyline E95 in the maximum amount of 330 000 liters, • unleaded ethyline E98 in the maximum amount of 15 000 liters, 3. The Ordering Party guarantees the implementation of the subject of the contract at the level of: • diesel fuel in the maximum amount of 600 000 liters, • unleaded ethyline E95 in a maximum amount of 170 000 liters, •unleaded ethyline E98 with a maximum amount of 3 000 litres. 3.1. The remaining quantities shall be effected as required, under the exercise of the option right. 4. The offered subject of the contract must meet all quality requirements specified in: a) regulations issued on the basis of Article 3, paragraph 2, point 1 of the Act of 25 August 2006 on the fuel quality monitoring and control system (Journal of Laws of 2006, No. 169, item 1200, as amended), and in particular in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680 with later dates. as amended) and the Regulation of the Minister of Energy of 01 December 2016 on quality requirements for sulfur content for oils and types of installations and conditions in which heavy fuel oils will be used (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2008); b) Polish Standards: PN-EN 228 for gasoline, PN-EN 590 for diesel oil, c) standards and regulations amended during delivery. 5.The Ordering Party does not allow the offered and supplied fuel to contain products from recycled artificial waste. 6.The quality of the fuel supplied shall be such as to ensure the operation of the engines fuelled with the fuel regardless of the prevailing climatic conditions, taking particular account of the seasons and transitional periods.

Equipment located at the place of delivery of the subject of the contract: 1) at the petrol station there are 3 underground tanks for storing fuels: a) 50 m³ – 3-chamber with capacities: 10 m³ – for ON, 15 m³ – for Pb 98, 25 m³ – for Pb 95, b) 50 m³ – 2-chamber with capacities: 20 m³ – for ON, 30 m³ – for ON, c) 10 m³ – 1-chamber – for ON, 2) at the Municipal Waste Treatment Plant there is one above-ground, double-jacketed diesel tank with a capacity of 5000 L made of plastic type: FUEL CONTAINER 5000 from FULICON Michał Twardowski S.K.A. supplier SWIMER Łukasz Otremba. 6. Planned number and frequency of one-off deliveries during the implementation of the contract: a) approx. 16 000 liters - ON - 1-2 times a week to the petrol station at the Home Army, b) approx. 3 500 liters - ON - once every 2-3 weeks for ZPOK, c) approx. 13 000 liters - PB 95 - once every 2 weeks to the petrol station at the Home Army, d) approx. 3 000 liters - Pb 98 - once a quarter to the petrol station at the Home Army. 7.As part of the implementation of the subject of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to perform obligations in accordance with the scope described in the draft provisions of the contract (Annex 4). 8.The offer should include the valuation of all accompanying elements/services indirectly related to the subject of the proceedings. 9. The selected Contractor shall be obliged to: a) submit a civil liability insurance policy (OC) for the Contractor's activity at the latest (or periodically renewed, with delivery to the Contracting Authority of a certified photocopy of the paid policy for subsequent periods) for the amount of at least PLN 1,000,000.00 (in words: one million 0/100). The Contractor will be required to provide proof of insurance together with confirmation of payment of premiums.
