1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of mineral-asphalt mixtures and asphalt emulsion, divided into 2 parts:
Part 1 - "Purchase of mineral and asphalt mixtures"
Part 2 – "Purchase of asphalt emulsion"
The subject of the contract is specified in detail in Annex 1 to the SWZ - "Description of the subject of the contract".
2. The Ordering Party informs that for the delivery of the assortment being the subject of the order, it applies the RIGHT OF OPTION, this means that the quantities given in column 4 of the table given in Annex 1 to the SWZ - "Description of the subject of the contract" are the maximum quantities that can be collected during the execution of the contract. However, the guaranteed minimum quantities to be removed are set out in column 5.
