The contract concerns the postal service that includes the collection, sorting, transport and distribution of postal items, as defined and governed by Legislative Decree no. 261/1999 and subsequent amendments. At the request of the Municipality, the contractor will be required to provide, in the quantity requested by the same, printed and forms instrumental to the execution of the service.

The contract concerns municipal postal services for a period of three years, renewable for a further three years ordinary mail, registered mail, registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, book folds (throughout the national territory and abroad) - inspection not provided for - provisional guarantee equal to 2%, except as provided for in art. 93, paragraph 7 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 - The starting price is € 48,000.00 - VAT 22% and security charges due to risks of interference (equal to € 0.00) excluded
