1) Part one: Delivery and implementation of equipment and software within the framework of the Project “Improving the quality and availability of medical services by upgrading the IT system in the Health Care Team in Lidzbark Warmiński”, which consists of the following elements: (a) adjustment integrated HIS system and the electronic medical records repository (EDM) to the requirements of the Health Information System Act (OJ 2021.666 as amended) and the provision of e-services to patients and medical staff in order to improve, quality and availability of health benefits in the territory of Lidzbarskie County with the supply of necessary IT equipment, (b) delivery of computer equipment, (c) modernization of the ICT network and adjustment of the room in the administration building to the backup server room;

2) Part two: Design, execution, launch and implementation of a new web site (Entity Portal).

Delivery and implementation of hardware and software consisting of the following components:

(a) adapting the integrated HIS system and the electronic medical records repository (EDM) to the requirements of the Health Information System Act (OJ 2021.666, as amended) and the provision of e-services to patients and medical staff in order to improve, quality and availability health benefits in the territory of the district of Lidzbarskie together with the supply of necessary IT equipment,

b) the supply of computer equipment,

c) modernization of the ICT network and adjustment of the room in the administration building to the backup server room
