2.Cam. “Comprehensive reconstruction of roads in the territory of the Municipality Sosnowiec—repeated proceedings” (case mark:WZP.271.1.9.2022.MW) has been divided three parts, these are:
a) part.2—Reconstruction of St. Orlej, Parkowa Street, Wawel Street in Sosnowiec;
b) sp.5—Reconstruction of Małachowski Street;
c) Part.6—Expansion of Mariusz Zaruski Street.
Part numbering takes into account the systematics of the case mark procedure: WZP.271.1.111.2021.MW.
2.Subject part includes in the range of:
(a) part 2 of the — development of design documentation based on the PFU together with the performance of authorial supervisors and the execution of construction works;
b) part 5 to 6 — the execution of construction works based on the design documentation constituting a detailed description of the subject of order.
Reconstruction of Orlej Street, Parkowa Street, Wawel Street in Sosnowiec.1. The object of the order is: Reconstruction of Orlej Street, Parkowa Street, Wawel Street in Sosnowiec.
2. The scope of Part 2 of the order includes the development of design documentation based on the Functional and Utility Program (PFU) along with the fulfilment of copyright supervision and the execution of construction works.
3. The description of the subject of the order is for Part 2 — Annex No 2a) to SWZ — Functional and utility program.
4. The scope of similar orders for the scope of Part 2 of the order includes: engineering works, roadworks, sanitation works, electricity works, telecommunications works, design documentation, vertical and horizontal signage.
4. The contracts will be awarded under the conditions laid down in the Public Procurement Law Act in free hand, taking into account the following rules and pricing factors:
- for the valuation of identical works with the basic order, the calculation will be based on the prices indicated in the detailed valuation from the basic order,
-construction works for which unit prices are missing in the detailed valuation of works submitted by the Contractor shall be valued by a simplified calculation method, drawn up on the basis of a book of measurement of works confirmed by the Supervisor and using the lowest rates and Overhead from the Sekocenbud publishing house for the quarter in which the change of the contract is made. In the absence of prices in Sekocenbud publishing company, rates from purchase or rental invoices will be accepted, and the price of these invoices will not be added to the price of these invoices.
Reconstruction of Małachowski Street.1. The object of the order is: Reconstruction of Małachowski Street.
2. Scope of Part 5 of the order execution of construction works based on the design documentation providing a detailed description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ).
3. Description of the subject of the order is provided for Part 5 — Annex No 2b) to SWZ — Detailed description of the object of the order.
4. The range of similar orders for the scope of part No. 5 of the order includes: roadworks, sanitation works, power works, telecommunications works, architectural industry, vertical and horizontal signage, delivery and installation of elements of small architecture, insulation works.
5.Contracts will be awarded under the conditions laid down in the Public Procurement Law Act in the mode of contract with free hand taking into account the following rules and pricing factors:
- for the valuation of the identity works with the basic contract, the calculation will take place on the basis of the prices indicated in the detailed valuation from the basic contract,

3. Description of the subject of the order is provided for Part 6 — Annex No 2c) to SWZ — Detailed description of the object of the order.
4. The range of similar orders for part number 6 of the contract includes: roadworks, sanitation works, power works, telecommunications works, vertical and horizontal signage;
5. The contracts will be awarded under the conditions laid down in the Public Procurement Law Act in free hand, taking into account the following rules and pricing factors:
- for the valuation of the identity works with the basic contract, the calculation will take place on the basis of the prices indicated in the detailed valuation from the basic contract,
