Spectrum Housing Group (SHG) is a registered social landlord and is regulated by the Homes and Community Agency; it has to carry out all of its procurement in accordance with public procurement regulations. We manage approximately 18 000 homes and maintain a further 35 000 across the South of England, mainly in I.O.W, Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire and Devon. We currently produce approximately 1 800 tonnes of waste annually, 1 700 tonnes of which comes from our property management activities. The CA is looking to procure waste collection and disposal services for both our offices and depots.
