Drammen Municipality, c/o the Refugee Service, shall enter into a framework agreement for furniture for the establishment of housing for refugees in Drammen Municipality. The framework agreement may also be include other activities with similar needs in Drammen municipality.

The refugee service is responsible for furnishing approx. 160-180 flats per annum with standard furniture packages. 

The furniture packages must be adapted to the number of persons that will live in the flat, and must be prepared in collaboration with the contracting authority after the contract has been signed.

A standard furniture package must include: single bed, double bed, child bed, sofa, coffee table, dining table with accompanying dining chairs, child chair, mirror, floor lamp, chest of drawers, desk and chair, and TV stand.

The furniture must be priced as stated in annex 2 - Price and Product Sheet.

Attention is drawn to the fact that the municipality has separate framework agreements that will be used for furniture for offices, nurseries, schools, and institutions. This framework agreement will not be used for this.
