1. The subject of the contract is the supply of workshop equipment, divided into 5 lots (tasks).
2. The requirements, quantities and a detailed description of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ and other tender documentation, which will be published on the website of the procedure https://portal.smartpzp.pl/2rblog
3. The contracting authority shall provide for the right of option in the proceedings in question. The Ordering Party shall present the quantities it will use under the option right within 5 days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement. If the contracting authority fails to meet the above-mentioned deadline, the Contractor must give written consent to the delivery under the option. The Contractor shall not be entitled to any claim against the Contracting Authority for the performance of optional deliveries.
