Framework contract for the supply of copy paper - recycled paper and virgin fibre paper

(for all departments of the FHH, University of Hamburg, HCU, State University Library, TUHH, HfBK, HfMT, HAW, HPA AöR, Hamburg Cemeteries AöR and Hamburger Krematorium GmbH)

The FHH - tax authority - as the client (AG) intends to conclude a contract for the supply of copy paper (recycled paper and virgin fibre paper).

The delivery item is to be delivered free of charge by the Contractor to all departments (Core Administration, University of Hamburg, HCU, State University Library, TUHH, HfBK, HfMT, HAW, HPA AöR, Hamburger Friedhöfe AöR and Hamburger Krematorium GmbH) within the entire urban area of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg. Neuwerk is an exception.

Contracting authorities and bodies governed by public law are hereinafter referred to as 'the institutions involved':

FHH was instructed by these institutions to call for tenders and to conclude the contracts for the said service in their name and on their behalf and was accordingly authorised to make the necessary declarations of intent with effect for and against the institution involved. At the request of the bidders, the power of attorney can be proven by presenting a copy of the power of attorney. Claims against FHH for deliveries to one of the included institutions will not be substantiated. In particular, FHH and the institutions involved are not jointly and severally liable.
