Power time to carry out cleaning: Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 18:00.
The Contractor is responsible for a perfect state of cleaning while maintaining the substance of the cleaning objects and their elements.
If product stickers are present on windows, sanitary ware or other built-in objects, they must be removed as part of cleaning, even if they are not in the direct field of vision (e.g. under the washbasin), this also applies to paint, silicone and other material residues. All machines, equipment and materials required for cleaning shall be at the Contractor's own expense. All machines and devices must be tested, in a technically perfect condition (VDE/GS mark, BGVA3 etc.) and comply with legal requirements, common guidelines, manufacturer's specifications, etc. conform. Damage must be properly repaired before reuse. The cleaning equipment used must be kept in a hygienically perfect condition.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the flat-rate service items contain all necessary ancillary services, including travel to and from the site, which serve to fulfill the contract. Cleaning must be carried out in accordance with this service description and in accordance with the applicable guidelines for the building cleaning trade. The withdrawal of water from the taps in the apartment is permitted, as well as the use of the sockets. The water and electricity required for cleaning are provided free of charge by the client. The contractor must pay attention to economical and environmentally friendly consumption.
When carrying out the cleaning work, hygienic aspects must be taken into account. This includes that surface cleaning is carried out with colour-separated cleaning utensils (buckets, scratch-free sponges, cleaning cloths, etc.), for example with the 4-colour system.
Cleaning water produced during cleaning can be disposed of via the toilet in the apartment.
Care must be taken to ensure that all cleaning water residues are completely eliminated at the end.
The service provider has the obligation to dispose of waste (e.g. packaging materials, waste) properly and in compliance with local regulations.
If objects have to be moved or removed for cleaning measures, this must be done with the utmost caution and care. After the cleaning work has been carried out, these items must be returned to their place of origin undamaged.
