The contract to be awarded is defined as follows:

Drawing up a thorough analysis of the current and the desired situation for the Graafschap College, including advice on the optimal situation to achieve the objective below and then implementing this advice.

Within scope is:

- Planning teacher deployment, in relation to the scheduling

- Jaarcyclus

- Scheduling, of both lessons and other activities (projects etc.), both per period and long-term planning

- Process of Roster publication and development of personal schedule

- Toetsrooster - process

- Attendance registration in relation to scheduling

- Contact hours, in relation to the scheduling

Systems

- Magister, teaching description in relation to the scheduling

- Xedule, recording timetable boxes and scheduling

Control

- Framework i.r.t. scheduling

- Frameworks educational development in relation to scheduling

The scope of the assignment is: a maximum of 350,000 euros including VAT on an annual basis. No rights can be derived from this amount.
