This framework agreement defines the specifications of materials and products relating to the supply of cationic emulsions with 69% bitumen intended for:-the production of surface wear coatings (Esu) (Lot No. 1);-the performance of maintenance work at Pata (Lot No. 2). The description of the supplies and their technical specifications are indicated in the C.C.T.P. The services include the supply, transport and storage, on a site located in Auch or within a radius of 15km, of bitumen emulsion including unloading operations in the local authority's trucks. This is a purchase order framework agreement with no minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount for each lot
