The validation of the project placed on the basis of the tender took place with report n. RFI-DIN.DIPT.PCA0011P20210000224 of 9.3.2021 by the Investment Department — Technology Projects — Center Projects.

In this tender procedure we will proceed through the procedural reversal.

The amounts of the work of which the intervention is composed, including security charges, and excluding tax charges are as follows.

Categories referred to in D.P.R. n. 207/2010:

— OS 19 (prevailing category) for an amount of EUR 4 357 175.64,

— OG3 (decoverable) in the amount of EUR 600 643.06,

— LIS C (decoverable) for an amount of EUR 1 449 458.98,

— OS 21 (decoverable) for an amount of EUR 358 708.50,

— OS20-B (decoverable) for an amount of EUR 187 399.14.

The prevailing category OS19 includes the BOE of EUR 301 475.81. These services may be subcontracted only to companies that meet the requirements established by Ministerial Decree No. 82 of 11.5.2015 ascertained by the competent office of the Ministry of Defense.

Executive design including the drafting of the security plan: 116 362.75 EUR (euro one hundred and sixteenth thousand two/75 euros) (VAT and supplementary contribution excluded).

The design services fall, according to the list referred to in the Ministerial Decree of 17.6.2016, into the following categories:

— T.02 for an amount of EUR 77 304.49,

— S.05 for an amount of EUR 22 554.70,

— V.03 for an amount of EUR 16 503.56.

Labor costs are estimated at EUR 1,060 001.84.
