The subject of the contract is a service consisting in comprehensive maintenance, adjustment and ensuring efficient operation of weight preselection systems on the subordinate network of national roads for the purposes of initial selection of vehicles for inspection by ITD services:

The service includes, m.in:

• Maintenance and inspections

• calibrations, verification tests,

• sharing the data collected by the systems through appropriate software,

• transmission of collected data,

• maintaining a database where the data collected by the systems will be archived for at least the last 30 days, enabling the Ordering Party and the Road Transport Inspectorate to view the data through a web application, and then transferring the data to the Traffic Management Centre at the OUA in Stryków,

• repair of hidden defects visible during operation and repairs related to accidents, collisions, acts of vandalism, damage and other fortuitous events,

The purpose of the system is to select overloaded trucks, enabling the competent services to carry out administrative weighing at pre-selections and vehicle weighing stations located in:

a) In the course of the national road No. 92 in the town of Siedlec at km 206+735 in the direction of Wrzesnia (1 lane) - a separate bay strip at km 208+200 in the town of Siedlce. Siedlce;

b) In the course of the national road No. 10 in the town of Piła km 177+300 direction towards Bydgoszcz (1 lane) and km 181+200 m. Piła in the direction of Szczecin, a separate bay to be controlled by ITD. 179+200 km in the direction of Szczecin, a separate bay to be controlled by ITD. 178+600 km in the direction of Bydgoszcz;

c) In the course of the national road No. 11 in the town of Nowe Miasto km 333+675 in the direction of Poznań (1 lane) and in the town of Krzykosy km 328+880 direction towards Jarocin (1 lane); parking lot in Nowe Miasto km 333+675 direction towards Jarocin and direction towards Poznań

d) In the course of the national road No. 32 in the town of Strykowo km 146+770 (1 lane) in the town of Strykowo Granowo km 141+770 (1 lane) - parking at the PKN Orlen petrol station at km 143+620 for the direction of Grodzisk wlkp. and the direction of Poznań

e) Along the S5 expressway in the town of Łubowo km 2+270 (2 lanes) and in the town of Łubowo. Chwałkówko at km 9+180 (2 lanes), parking at MOP Łubowo for the direction of Gniezno and direction towards Poznań at km 3+270
