Supply of hydrogen railcars, narrow gauge, referred to in the program of interventions financed by the Decree of the Ministry of Sustainable Infrastructure and Mobility no. 363 of 23 September 2021 ("DM MIMS"), issued in implementation of art. 1, of Legislative Decree 59/2021, converted into Law no. 101/2021, and Decree no. 416/2022 of remodulation, with reference to the intervention program for the upgrading of regional railway lines; in addition to any options based on any additional resources that may be made available as part of the testing of the use of hydrogen in rail transport and / or operating funds

- Supply of n. 6 hydrogen railcars, narrow gauge, euro 78,000,000.00, plus VAT, based on the resources of the D.M. MIMS 363/2021 and subsequent remodulation of Ministerial Decree 416/2022;

- Full service option level 1 for 6 railcars € 3,600,000.00, based on operating funds, and better described in the attached Technical Specifications;

- Full service option level 2 for n. 6 railcars € 3,600,000.00, for a mileage at UDT of 250,000 and lasting 5 years, from the operating funds, and better described in the attached Technical Specifications;

- Option of n. 9 (2 + 7) hydrogen railcars € 117,000,000.00, plus VAT, from any additional resources that may be made available as part of the experimentation of the use of hydrogen in rail transport;

- Full service option level 1 for n. 9 (2 + 7) railcars € 5,400,000.00, from operating funds, and better described in the attached Technical Specifications;

- Full service option level 2 for n. 9 (2 + 7) railcars € 5,400,000.00, for a mileage at UDT of 250,000 and lasting 5 years, from the operating funds, and better described in the attached Technical Specifications
