The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of electricity - delivery with distribution service - in the period from 01.07.2023 to 30.06.2024 - up to 44 consumption points (PPE) in which the RES installation is connected - photovoltaic panels.
1. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of electricity - delivery with distribution service - in the period from 01.07.2023 to 30.06.2024 - up to 44 consumption points (PPE) in which the RES installation is connected - photovoltaic panels.
2. The total estimated volume, determined on the basis of consumption data in the last 12 months, is approx. 1 995 193 kWh, of which:
1) In 2023 – 897 837 kWh
2) In 2024 – 1 097 356 kWh
The above data are indicative. The amount of electricity was estimated on the basis of historical data on electricity consumption and taking into account the actions taken by the contracting authority referred to in Article 37 of the Act of 7 October 2022 on special solutions for the protection of electricity consumers in 2023 in connection with the situation on the electricity market. The contractor should take into account possible fluctuations in electricity consumption. Reducing or increasing the amount of electricity does not entail any consequences for the ordering party (customers), except for the need to pay for the actual amount of energy consumed and transmission services in accordance with the applicable DSO Tariff. The indicated estimated amount of energy is the amount that the contracting authority intends to purchase and does not include energy produced on its own.
3. A RES installation – photovoltaic panels is installed in all buildings. For all PPE, recipients have the status of Prosumer.
4. The contracting authority reserves the right to use Article 139(1) of the PPL, i.e. the possibility of first examining and evaluating bids, and then subjective qualification of the contractor whose bid was rated the highest, in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure.
