The subject of this contract is the supply of electricity to the facilities listed in the detailed description of the subject of the contract constituting Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference.
The Municipality of Jastków – the Contracting Authority, acts on its own behalf and on the basis of the signed Agreement, on behalf of the following entities:
Municipal Culture and Sports Centre in Jastków
Municipal Public Library in Jastków
Primary School in Jastków
Primary School in Ożarów
Primary School in Płouszowice
Primary School in Tomaszowice
Communal Social Welfare Centre in Sieprawice
Local Government Kindergarten in Jastków
Local Government Nursery in Jastków
Electricity supply – street lightingSupply of electricity to the facilities listed in Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Use – street lighting:
1) The estimated electricity demand for the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024 is 496,211 kWh.
2) Performance of activities resulting from the power of attorney constituting an appendix to the draft agreement, in particular, the Contracting Authority obliges the Contractor to notify the indicated Distribution System Operator for the performance of the electricity sale agreement concluded with the Contractor, to submit declarations of intent and to determine on behalf of the Contracting Authority all necessary information regarding the termination of the existing agreement for the sale of electricity and the provision of distribution services, representing the Contracting Authority before the relevant Distribution System Operator in matters related to the conclusion of a distribution services agreement.
Electricity supply – other facilitiesSupply of electricity to the facilities listed in Appendix 1 to the Terms of Use – other facilities:
1) The estimated electricity demand in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024 is: 799 258.75 kWh.
2) Performance of activities resulting from the power of attorney, constituting an appendix to the draft agreement, in particular, the Contracting Authority obliges the Contractor to notify the indicated Distribution System Operator for the performance of the electricity sale agreement concluded with the Contractor, to submit declarations of intent and to determine on behalf of the Contracting Authority all necessary information regarding the termination of the existing electricity sale agreement.
