Arbeidstilsynet [the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority] would like to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for consultancy services related to ICT operations.

From time to time, the contracting authority needs basic and top competence in IT operations. There may also be a need for consulting services for larger projects. Arbeidstilsynet's [the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority] IT division and important IT components are located in Trondheim. On some occasions, it will still be necessary to provide assistance at other office locations. The majority of assignments can be done via digital platforms and thus without physical attendance.

The operational assistance can, amongst other things, include:

• Assistance with major updates

• Troubleshooting

• Training

• Major configuration changes

• Optimisation of operations and the operations environment
