The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task entitled "Collection, export and management of municipal waste covered by the municipal waste management system from the area of the Bobolice commune and management of municipal waste collected from PSZOK and PSZOK equipment". The description of the subject of the contract is included in the SWZ in Chapter B "Description of the subject of the contract". The subject of the contract consists of the following 3 tasks:

Task I: Collection, export and management of municipal waste collected separately from residents of the Bobolice commune, excluding waste management with 200201 codes and 200301.

Task II: Management of mixed municipal waste and bio-waste, including green waste collected from residents from the Bobolice commune.

Task III: Equipping PSZOK and collecting, exporting and managing municipal waste collected selectively from residents of the Bobolice commune.

All provisions of the SWZ and annexes concerning the subject of the contract should be considered
