The present contract concerns various services, divided into 5 lots.
The tenderer is free to choose which plots will prepare and submit this quotation for. The tenderer is by no means obliged to submit a quotation for all lots. The tenderer is therefore free to draw up and submit a quotation for one, more or all plots.
This assignment includes several plots:
Plot 1: periodic green maintenance within the patrimony of WoninGent via fixed planning;
Plot 2: periodic green maintenance on call of vacant buildings within the patrimony of WoninGent;
Plot 3: various construction works in the outdoor environment such as construction of gravel compartments and grass areas;
Lot 4: additional work orders and work orders on call in accordance with fixed price quotation;
Plot 5: break down existing and places of garden fencing.
