1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and distribution of electricity for the needs of the organizational facilities of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship (comprehensive agreement).

2. The object of the contract has been divided into two Parts:

1) Part I: Distribution area of ENEA Operator Sp. z o. o

2) Part II: Distribution area of Energa-Operator SA

The Employer allows partial bids. The Contractor may submit an offer for any number of Parts.

3. A detailed description and method of order fulfillment includes the Detailed Description of the Object of the Order (SOPZ) and the Contract Specimen, which is respectively Annex No. 9 and Annex No. 8 to the ToR.
