The contract concerns the provision of a dematerialized solution for data visualization and analysis (hereinafter "the Solution"), including hosting and maintenance. In this context, the holder is required to perform the following services: - The collection, processing and updating of datasets; - The provision of a dematerialized solution for data visualization and analysis with a dynamic part to query and analyze the data and an identity card of the territory (editable and fixed synthesis of certain pre-selected data and indicators); - The implementation, via an IS interface, of an incoming and outgoing data flow between the Data Controller and the client; - The training of the contracting authority's referents; - Maintenance of the solution and updating of data on the duration of the contract; - Hosting the solution in SAAS mode. It includes a phase of implementation of the solution followed by regular service.

The present contract is mixed since it takes, in part, the form of a framework agreement within the meaning of Article L2125-1 1 ° of the Public Order Code. In addition to the flat-rate services due under the contract, other services will be ordered by means of purchase orders. For the purchase order portion (thus excluding all lump sums), this mixed contract is concluded, for its overall execution period (i.e. renewals included), without minimum but with a maximum value of 140,000 euro (s) HT.
