Project management contract for the rehabilitation and completion of the inter-municipal swimming pool in Petit-Bourg.

The contract concerns a basic project management mission in rehabilitation, resumption and completion of works, in accordance with the order of March 22, 2019 specifying the technical methods of execution of the elements of the project management mission entrusted by masters of public works to private law providers (annex 20 of the public procurement code):

- DIAG: diagnosis to be carried out on the basis of existing elements (see details of the mission in the CCTP);

- APS: preliminary preliminary design studies;

- APD: final preliminary design studies;

- PRO: project studies;

- VISA: visa for execution studies;

- AMT: assistance provided to the contracting authority for the award of the works contract (s);

- DET: management of the execution of the works contract (s);

- AOR: assistance provided to the client during acceptance operations as well as during the period of guarantee of perfect completion.
