The temporary contract is used for the renovation/rehabilitation of sewers and connecting sewers, including shafts in the various dimensions DN 200 - DN 1200 as well as egg profiles 200/300 to 800/1200 using the pipe lining method.

The aim of the award procedure is to bind four contractors to uniform contract prices. The selection of the maximum eight companies to be invited to submit bids will be made within the framework of the participation competition.

In order to determine the contract prices, a sample construction site is calculated. They reflect typical individual orders, which in the majority of cases form the basis of the orders. From the most economical unit prices determined in this way, the average value is formed by the cheapest four bidders and rounded according to the mathematical rules. The Client reserves the right not to take into account unreasonably high unit prices that deviate greatly from the market price when calculating the average values for the uniform contract prices.
