The purpose of this contract is to provide company catering services, including corporate events and food and beverage supplies for the entire head office, as well as for places outside OCAPIAT, such as trade shows. As part of these activities, OCAPIAT is required to host and organize various events or internal events accompanied by receptions, cocktails, buffets, working lunches, ceremonies, breakfasts or coffee receptions, etc.

Lot 1 relating to the making and delivery of trays, fruit and breakfast baskets and chocolates are reserved for adapted enterprises (EA) as well as establishments and services for assistance through work (ESAT) or equivalent establishments when they employ at least 50% of disabled workers who, because of the nature or seriousness of their impairments, may not carry out a professional activity under normal conditions in accordance with Articles L.2113-12 and R.2113-7 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Contracts are reserved for EAs and ESATs insofar as OCAPIAT has decided to implement a policy of social integration in the performance of its missions. Only the bodies referred to in this Article shall be authorized to bid for the above-mentioned lots.

The main purpose of this contract is to provide catering services, including events. These services include:- The supply, preparation and delivery of various receptions: aperitifs, sweet cocktails, common cocktails, local buffet, themed buffet, high-end cocktails, sweet breaks (welcome, breakfast, snack, specific snack), meal trays (entry-level, mid-range and high-end). If applicable, the service relating to these same services: ? the provision of service staff, kitchens and changing rooms, ? the provision of plant decorations and themed decorations, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages; the provision of equipment necessary for the service and events
