The subject of the contract is the successive collection and management of surplus waste with the code 20 01 08 – biodegradable kitchen waste from Zakład Gospodarki Odpadami S.A. in Bielsko-Biała. The scope of the contract also includes the recovery of this waste in the R3 – R12 process, in accordance with Annex 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended).
The method and place of management of the collected waste must comply with the applicable law, in particular with the requirements of the above-mentioned Waste Act and its implementing regulations.
Waste code 20 01 08 (biodegradable kitchen waste) will come from property owners located in Bielsko-Biała and the municipalities of Bielsko-Biała County.

The method and place of development of the waste received must comply with the law in force in this respect, and in particular the requirements of
above the Waste Act and its implementing provisions.
Waste code 20 01 08 (biodegradable kitchen waste) will come from property owners located in Bielsko-Biała and the municipalities of Bielsko-Biała County.
Receipt of waste will take place from Monday to Friday during hours
from 600 to 1800 in the amount specified in the order sent by e-mail to the representative of the Contractor. Collection of biodegradable waste will take place from the premises of Zakład Gospodarki Odpadami S.A. in Bielsko-Biała, Krakowska 315 d. Loading of waste is the responsibility of the Ordering Party. Weighing of waste collected by the Contractor will be carried out on legalized scales of the Ordering Party and will be confirmed by a warehouse release document and a waste transfer card generated in the BDO system. These documents will be the sole basis for determining the amount of waste transferred for management and issuing a VAT invoice.
The Contracting Authority may request the Contractor to provide information confirming the type of recovery process to which the waste seized has been subjected and the quantities of products or waste generated from it or the amount of waste that has not been through the recovery process and has been deposited in the landfill. The Contractor shall provide the above information within 5 working days in writing or by email.
Documents related to the transfer of waste will be issued under legal requirements in this regard.
The estimated amount of waste that will be transferred to the Contractor during the term of the contract will be: 3,500.00 Mg.
The Contracting Authority stipulates that the quantity given is an estimate, showing the possible size of the scope of the order object.
The specific scope of the rights and obligations of the Contractor shall be governed by the Model Agreement (Annex No 1 to SWZ).
