Access to the award procedure is, in accordance with Article 22 of the Law of 15 June 2006, reserved for sheltered or sheltered workshops and initiatives of the social economy, as defined in art. 59 of the Law of 26 March 1999 on the Belgian action plan for employment 1998 and containing various provisions, whether they meet similar conditions in the country of origin of the candidate or tenderer. Only tenders submitted by sheltered or sheltered workshops or initiatives of the social integration economy will be taken into account.
