The contract is advertised as a subsidised housing scheme works contract (in accordance with Regulation 35 of the Public Contracts, Regulation SI2006 No. 5).

The proposed scheme consists of demolition and clearance of a partly developed site and the design and construction of 26 apartments and 11 or 12 houses. There will be external communal soft landscaping, private gardens to the houses together with associated parking and hard landscaping.
