1. The subject of the Order is the implementation of summer and winter maintenance services for external areas as well as cleaning and care of green areas in PGE Energia Ciepła S.A., PGE Paliwa Sp. z o. o., Zespół Elektrociepłowowni Wrocławskich KOGENERACJA S.A.
2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the order is Annex 1 to the SWZ — OPZ.
Summer and winter maintenance services for outdoor areas as well as cleaning and care of green areas at PGE Energia Ciepła S.A. Branch No. 1 in Krakow and PGE Paliwa Sp. z o.o.1. The subject of the contract is to maintain in a proper state of order in external areas, i.e. sidewalks, roads, squares and other paved areas and the implementation of appropriate care treatments in green areas. The order also covers the maintenance of areas in the winter by counteracting the slipperiness of the winter surface, and during the occurrence of snowfall and after their cessation, snow removal and sprinkling the surface with sand, salt, their mixtures or other scrubbing material in agreement and in accordance with the guidelines of the Ordering Party.
2. Two tasks are provided for in the abovementioned part of the contract:
Task 1 - Summer and winter maintenance services of outdoor areas as well as cleaning and care of green areas in PGE Energia Ciepła S.A. Branch No. 1 in Krakow
Task 2 - Summer and winter maintenance services of outdoor areas as well as cleaning and care of green areas in PGE Paliwa Sp. z o.o.
3. A detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract in the scope of part I is attached as Annex 1A to the SWZ.
Summer and winter maintenance services of outdoor areas as well as cleaning and care of green areas in the Wrocław Combined Heat and Power Plant KOGENERACJA S.A.1.The subject of the contract is to maintain in proper condition external areas in the form of pavements, roads, squares and other paved areas, green areas, and in particular to maintain cleanliness and order in these areas, and in the winter time to counteract the slipperiness of the winter surface, and during the occurrence of snowfall and after their cessation, snow removal and sprinkling of the surface with sand, salt, their mixtures or other hardening material
in agreement and in accordance with the guidelines of the Ordering Party.
