The subject of the contract is the successive supply of diesel fuel for diesel engines for the needs of zakład Utylizacji Odpadów Solid sp. z o.o. in Tczew in the total estimated amount of 360,000 l. to the place of delivery indicated below and according to the following rules:
- One-time delivery to the Waste Disposal Plant in Tczew at 5A Rokicka Street: max. up to 10,000 liters;
- Delivery: at least 1 time per month
The subject of the contract is the successive supply of diesel fuel for diesel engines for the needs of zakład Utylizacji Odpadów Solid sp. z o.o. in Tczew in the total estimated amount of 360,000 l. to the place of delivery indicated below and according to the following rules:
- One-time delivery to the Waste Disposal Plant in Tczew at 5A Rokicka Street: max. up to 10,000 liters;
- Delivery: at least 1 time per month
- Diesel fuel should be supplied by a specialized transport vehicle equipped with a legalized system for measuring pumped out fuel.
- The Ordering Party has the right to demand the presentation of a current certificate of legalization of the meter of pumped out fuel with a number consistent with the serial number of the meter installed on the delivery vehicle (tank truck).
- The fuel will be used exclusively for the Plant's own needs.
- The Ordering Party does not trade liquid fuels with foreign countries and does not have appropriate concessions in this respect.
- the supplied diesel oil complied with the Polish quality standards set out in the Act of 25 August 2006 on the system of monitoring and controlling the quality of fuels (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 660, as amended), the Act of 25 August 2006 on biocomponents and liquid biofuels (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1233, as amended) and regulations issued on the basis of the above acts, including in particular the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680);
- the supplied diesel fuel met the requirements set out in the current PN-EN 590 standard (Fuels for motor vehicles – diesel oils) by volume at a reference temperature of +15 o C;
- supplied diesel during winter, enabling the operation of the Contracting Authority's vehicles, and the reference point will be the cold filter locking temperature:
- cold filter blocking temperature 0 degrees C,
- during the transitional period, i.e. from March 1 to April 15 and from October 1 to November 15 with a cold filter blocking temperature - 10 degrees C,
- in winter, i.e. from November 16 to the end of February with a temperature of blocking the cold filter - 20 degrees C;
- The basis for settlements for the delivered diesel oil, to the legalized tank (petrol station), will be the indications of the Ordering Party's electronic measuring system at a reference temperature of +15 o C (constant density of diesel fuel at a reference temperature of +15 o C, 0.84 kg / dm3).
- Proof of each delivery will be a written confirmation of receipt of the goods made by an employee authorized by the Ordering Party.
- For each delivery, a quality certificate of diesel oil issued by the fuel manufacturer with specified parameters must be provided:
•density
• cold filter blocking temperature,
• sulphur content,
• turbidity point and
• document of issue.
The minimum size of the scope of this contract shall be 50 % of the estimated quantity of fuel referred to above.
