1) Supply of conjugated natural gas (hereinafter referred to as “CNG solid fuel”) for the purposes of rolling stock Municipal Zakładu Komunikacji Sp. z o.o. in Ostrołęka and lease of equipment used for transport, storage and refueling of CNG gas fuel (hereinafter referred to as “Mobile refueling station).
2) The mobile refueling station will be used to fill CNG gas fuel tanks fitted to the Contracting Authority's vehicles.
3) All Contractor costs relating to lease, service and maintenance of equipment included in the CNG mobile refueling station will be included in the net unit price of CNG gas supplied.
4) CNG gas fuel will be delivered under contract for a period of 12 months from the date of signing the contract
5) Fuel will be used by the Ordering Party to refuel public transport buses in the amount of 10 pcs
A detailed description of the item of the order includes part II SWZ.
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of compressed natural gas (hereinafter referred to as “CNG gas fuel”) for the purposes of rolling stock Municipal Zakładu Komunikacji Sp. z o.o. in Ostrołęka and the lease of equipment used for transport, storage and refueling of CNG gas fuel (hereinafter referred to as “Mobile refueling station”).
2. The mobile refueling station will be used to fill CNG gas fuel tanks mounted on the Contracting Authority's vehicles.
3. All Contractor costs relating to lease, service and maintenance of equipment included in the CNG mobile refueling station will be included in the net unit price of CNG gas supplied.
4. CNG gas fuel will be delivered under contract for a period of 12 months from the date of signing the contract.
Requirements for mobile refueling station
1. The mobile refueling station will be located on the premises of the Municipal Department of Communication Sp. z o.o. in Ostrołęka, Kołobrzeska Street 1. The location of the devices and installation of the mobile refueling station must be agreed in advance and accepted by the Ordering Party.
2. The mobile refueling station will include the following devices:
a cylinder understood as a multi-element gas storage in container, basket or other built for wheeled transport or permanently mounted on a semi-trailer;
compressor or compressor;
gas dehumidification device;
distributor.
3. The Contractor will fence the site where the devices included in the mobile refueling station will be located.
4. The Contractor shall obtain all necessary administrative decisions, if required, the consent and permits that the Contracting Authority must have in order to use the CNG refueling equipment in a given location for the period of the lease.
5. The Contractor shall be responsible for connecting utilities such as electricity, water or compressed gases, to the extent required, the execution of grounding for all mobile refueling station equipment and any assembly work allowing the use of CNG equipment according to them purpose, whereby the costs of the power connection and the costs of consumed energy required to power CNG equipment are charged by the Ordering Party.
6. The Contractor will ensure the smooth and safe operation of the mobile refueling station throughout the contract period.
Technical and qualitative parameters of mobile refueling station
1. The materials and equipment used in the mobile refueling station must have the required certificates and certificates permitting equipment to work in the Republic of Poland during the entire period of the contract.
2. Technical parameters and performance of mobile refueling station devices should ensure refueling of 10 pcs of buses of 12 m long in time not more than 4h, subject to the condition that vehicles should be refuelled to 200 bar pressure.
3. Mobile refueling station devices should have capacity when filling min. 1500 kg at 200 bar pressure.
4. The mobile refueling station should be equipped with a single-station refueling distributor equipped with at least 3 meter, flexible refueling hose with a connection switch type NGV2. The refueling hose must be connected to the distributor by means of pluck connectors.
5. Additionally, the Ordering Party requires the refueling distributor to be equipped with a separate mass flow meter with the ability to read the amount of refueled fuel in kg.
6. The Contractor undertakes to supply CNG gas fuel to the Ordering Party in accordance with current demand.
7. Deliveries should be made alternately, using at least two mobile gas storage facilities. With the supply of CNG gas fuel, the Contractor will be obliged to receive warehouses from which CNG has been refueled.
8. CNG gas fuel supply to the premises of the Contracting Authority shall be carried out continuously, 24/7 on all days of the week.
