This lot includes all the works related to the development, implementation, evolution and support to the technological platforms that will make up the new Integral System for the Management of Emergencies of Andalusia.

This lot includes all the work related to the establishment and operation of a support service for project management, quality assurance, quality control and business intelligence that provides its services in these management dimensions, aligning the work carried out in Lot 1 with the regulations and standards in terms of project management and quality established. Likewise, it will provide a series of services aimed at facilitating business intelligence to support decision-making processes in Emergencias 112 Andalucía.
