The Norwegian Government Agency for Financial Management (DFØ) shall hold an open tender contest without negotiations for new Framework Agreements for payment and account management services, with the accompanying supplementary contracts for government entities. Tenderers shall be a financial institution or similar.

DFØ would like to enter into a Framework Agreements with four banks, provided that there are a sufficient number of suitable tenderers and tenders.

The Framework Agreements, with the accompanying supplementary contracts, except the supplementary contract for cash cards, shall be valid for 3 years, with an option for DFØ to extend the contract for a further 1 year. The supplementary contract for cash cards shall be valid for 2 years, with an option for DFØ to extend the contract for a further 1 year.
