Open procedure, pursuant to art. 60 Legislative Decree 50/2016 aimed at the conclusion of a framework agreement with a single operator pursuant to art. 54, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, divided into two lots, for the pick-up service and postal address (SMA) in the territory of the Autonomous Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia for 36 months.

The estimated maximum amount of the contract, excluding VAT, is 2 100 000.00 EUR (Euro two million thousand thousand per 00), of which EUR 0.00 (euro zero/00) for non-lowered security charges arising from risks from interference, divided into the following batches:

— lot 1: provision of a collection service and delivery of tax communications 300 000.00 EUR (Euro three hundred thousand/00),

— lot 2: provision of a collection and delivery service of health communications and other communications: 1 800 00.00 EUR (Euro one million eight hundred thousand/00).

The values are to be understood as VAT excluded.
