The services requested include the provision of a site duly authorized for the performance of the services described in this contract, the personnel and equipment necessary for the perfect execution of the contract, all subject matters included

the reception, weighing, quality control of incoming green waste, at the indicated times, the shredding and composting of green waste brought by SITRU members, the landfill operator and the services of the municipalities of the territory, the resale of products resulting from the grinding or composting of green waste (standardized compost, mulching, chips, ...) for the recovery of materials, including the IT and logistical management of evacuations, the loading of trucks, or, where appropriate, the placing of these products at river or rail dock, the free provision of products resulting from the crushing or composting of green waste to SITRU members, under the conditions and limits indicated in CCTP, Management, loading and transport of incinerable unwanted waste to the Sitru Cristal plant, Management, loading and transport of decommissioning to the Cristal plant of SITRU (if the quality of the waste is compatible with treatment by incineration), management, loading and transport of non-incinerable decommissioning to the outlet adapted according to the reasons for decommissioning (specific sector or burial), the provision of the balance sheets defined in Article 9 of the CCTP
