Horizon College and Regio College intend to merge in the future. In connection with this and in preparation for this, the fire insurance policies of Horizon College and the Regio College are jointly tendered through this tender procedure. As long as the merger has not yet taken place, both horizon college and regio college will each use their own fire insurance that will be equal in terms of premium, insurance conditions, insurance duration, deductible, insurers distribution, etc. As soon as the merger has taken place, these two fire insurance policies will be merged into one fire insurance under the name of the new organization.

It concerns two fire insurance policies based on extensive hazard coverage for the properties of Horizon College and the Regio College.

The contracting authority wishes that several service providers will participate in this fire insurance. In connection with this, only partial registration is possible.
