The contracting entity estimates that the value of the framework agreement is DKK 30-40 million, including re-invoiced advertising expenses. This estimated value is only indicative and is estimated on the basis of historical consumption and represents the contracting entity's best estimate of consumption during the contract period.
The maximum consumption on the agreement is DKK 42 million during the contract period. The difference between this value and the above estimated value is an expression of the Contracting Entity's best estimate of what additional consumption could arise as a result of, for example, increased focus on advertising communication efforts.
