Procurement is a framework agreement for cleaning machines, spare parts and service during the warranty period. The agreement is for 2 years with the possibility of extension by 1+1 years.

Scope and description of the procurement

Eskilstuna Kommunfastigheter procures a framework agreement for nine (9) different cleaning machines intended for cleaning. The agreement is for two (2) years with the possibility of two (2) years extension of 1+1 years. Estimated value per year is approx. 1 200 000 SEK.

The procurement will result in a framework agreement where call-offs will take place when the need for new cleaning machines and accessories (not cleaning agents) arises. The framework agreement also consists of a service part that applies during the warranty period of the cleaning machines.

The purpose of the procurement is to meet Kfast and the municipality's need for cleaning machines for cleaning.

The procurement covers the cleaning machines that are most used in the business, but during the course of the agreement, the need may change and more types of machines may be in demand.

The procurement aims to sign an agreement with the tenderer who meets all the requirements and provides the best price in relation to quality.

Contracts will be concluded with one (1) supplier provided that the contracting authority receives at least that number of suitable and acceptable tenders.

The procurement is carried out as an open procedure in accordance with the Swedish Public Health Act.
