The science city of Darmstadt is planning the new construction of the Heinrich Hoffmann School and Nursery School in

Darmstadt between Lindenhofstraße and Woogsplatz.

It is an ensemble consisting of three individual buildings: a school building, one

Kita and a one-field sports hall in the inner-city environment or city centre.

The school and daycare center are completely carried out as reinforced concrete skeleton construction. The sports hall is built as a hybrid building, i.e. the garden level in concrete and the ground floor in timber construction.

This call for tenders concerns dry construction work:

approx. 1300 m2 of single stand walls

approx. 200 m2 installation walls

approx. 250 m2 facing shells

approx. 100 m2 shaft walls

approx. 370m2 GK suspended ceilings
