Framework agreement for consultant engineering services.

A framework agreement will be signed for consultant engineering services for Salangen Municipality for the period 2023 - 2026.

A framework agreement will be signed for the following professions:

- Architect (ARK)

- Construction management (BL)

- Engineering design group manager (PGL)

- Consultant engineer for construction (RIB)

- Consultant electrical engineer (RIE)

Consultant engineer, water, sewage and surface water (RIVA)

Consultant engineer for roads and installations

Consultant engineer, HVAC including sanitary installations (RIV)

Consultancy and engineering design services for major projects, or projects where there will be a need for special capacity/competence/experience, can be announced separately. The contracting authority will decide whether the size of the assignment or the assignment´s nature indicates that the assignment is to announced separately. The contracting authority will have the right, but not an obligation, to announce separate contests as mentioned in this section. If a consultant has a contract with a contractor that gives a conflict of interest with the contracting authority in a concrete case, legal competence must be clarified. If there is a case of incapacity, the contracting authority will be able to use a consultant outside the framework agreement for the case in question.

The framework agreement will not cover ongoing projects where a contract with a consultant has already been signed.
