1. The subject of the contract is the service of municipal waste management from real estate inhabited in the Więcbork Commune in the period from 01.02.2023 to 31.12.2023. The delivery of municipal waste to municipal installations, waste recovery or treatment installations will take place in vehicles of an entity to which the Więcbork Municipality will entrust (as part of a separate procedure) the collection of municipal waste from the owners of real estate located in the Więcbork Municipality. 2. The Contracting Authority has divided the contract into 8 parts. A tender may be submitted for all lots of the contract. A detailed description of each part of the order is included in the Description of the Subject of the Order - OPZ, constituting Annex 4 to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract is the service of management of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste from real estate inhabited in the Więcbork Municipality. The forecasted mass of municipal waste intended for management - 1250 Mg.

The subject of the contract is the service of managing biodegradable municipal waste, including bio-waste constituting municipal waste from real estate inhabited in the Więcbork Municipality. Forecasted mass of municipal waste to be managed - 390 Mg.

The subject of the contract is the service of managing municipal waste collected separately: paper and cardboard, paper and cardboard packaging from real estate inhabited in the Więcbork Municipality. Forecasted mass of municipal waste to be managed - 73 Mg.

The subject of the contract is the service of municipal waste management collected separately: plastics, plastic packaging, mixed packaging waste from real estate inhabited in the Więcbork Municipality. The forecast weight of municipal waste intended for management - 300 Mg.

The subject of the contract is a service of municipal waste management collected selectively: glass and glass packaging from real estate inhabited in the Więcbork Municipality. Forecasted mass of municipal waste intended for management - 175 Mg.

The subject of the contract is a service of management of large-size waste from real estate inhabited from the Więcbork Commune. The forecast weight of municipal waste to be managed - 115 Mg.

The subject of the contract is the management of used electrical and electronic equipment, fluorescent lamps and other waste containing mercury, devices containing freons from real estate inhabited in the Więcbork Municipality. The forecasted mass of municipal waste intended for management - 25 Mg.

The subject of the order is the service of ash management from real estate inhabited from the Więcbork Commune. The forecast weight of municipal waste intended for management - 350 Mg.
